SmartSalon OS ("SmartSalon," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS messaging services to support appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications.

1. Types of SMS Messages You May Receive

You may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, service notifications, payment confirmations, and customer support messages.

2. Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number through SmartSalon OS, booking widgets, Reserve with Google, Google Business Profile, or in-person registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your service activity.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. SmartSalon OS is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no longer receive SMS messages. To resume, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@smartsalon.ai.

5. Supported Carriers

SMS delivery is supported by major U.S. carriers and may be subject to network availability.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

7. Third-Party Providers

SmartSalon OS may use messaging providers such as Twilio or other approved SMS gateway providers.
